The Beach House’s 68 luxurious villas have private pool, personal butler, private outdoor dining area and an open air en-suite bathroom. All villas feature every modern technological convenience, whilst traditional Maldivian style is celebrated in architectural details from the open-air en-suite design to the thatched roofing. The rooms are categorized under Beach Villa with Pool, Beach Suite with Pool, Water Villa with Pool, Grand Water Pavilion and Grand Beach Pavilion.

Domestic Flight from the International Airport (45 minutes) to Hanimaadhoo Airport and a Speed Boat ride (45 minutes) to the island.

Spa:  The spa was designed by GX Associates Pvt and includes five ‘Element’ spa villas, five Ayurveda villas, two Shiatsu gazebos, a consultation pavilion and separate yoga area. The spa also includes two steam rooms, whirlpool Jacuzzi baths, two Indian herbal steam facilities, a free-form jungle pool, mud bath, a lap infinity pool and a hydrotherapy area. The spa also has a specialty chocolate treatment with cocoa butter massage, chocolate almond scrub and white chocolate moisturiser.

Activities:  The resort offers a fully equipped gym with the latest cardio and resistance equipment along with a trampoline, beach volleyball, a free-form and infinity pool, martial arts instruction, tennis and badminton courts and a Golf Blaster 3 golf simulator. Other activities include billiards, table tennis, big game fishing and a PADI certified diving centre where fully qualified instructors take guests out scuba diving and snorkeling to explore nearby sites, including 18th century shipwrecks. The resort owns two adjacent islands, offering a range of motorised water-sports, private dining areas, fishing and yachting.

There will be 3 restaurants on the island with a variety of themes. Specialty restaurants, gala buffets and dining extravagancies will be created according the guests tastes.

Facilities: For dining there will be 3 restaurants; The Four Corners, Medium-Rare and Saffron, with a variety of themes along with an optional ‘dine around’ offer for guests that have booked half board/full board allowing them option to choose from any of the 3 restaurants. The Beach House has its own wine cellar offering guests a selection of the best known wines from around the world and for the connoisseurs, a selection of rare & vintage wines. There are also 3 bars; Salt Water, Amazon & Infiniti.
The resort also has a Gym, Infinity Pool, 5 * PADI Diving Centre. There is a Gentleman’s Lounge, a Kids Club and a Spa - Jungle Style Spa with 10 treatment rooms.
